The service

MyQuoteMaker provides an AI-powered tool that transforms user-submitted text into rhetorical variations ("Generated Quotes"). The service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.

Your content and your rights

You retain any rights you hold in the text you submit. To the extent we hold any rights in Generated Quotes, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose, personal or commercial, with or without attribution. Note that AI-generated text may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes the rights of others; not to use the Site to generate content impersonating real individuals as their actual statements; and not to access the service through automated means, scrape the Site, or attempt to overload or interfere with its operation.

AI-generated content

Generated Quotes are produced by an automated system. They may occasionally resemble existing phrases or produce imperfect results. You are responsible for how you use them. Do not present a Generated Quote as the verified statement of a real person.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that outputs will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyQuoteMaker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
